Fostering Growth. Empowering Independence.

Western Sydney OT is an allied health service specialising in occupational therapy assessments and professional report writing for private clients and NDIS participants. We support children, adolescents, and adults with disability by delivering clear, personalised assessments that help individuals and their support networks make informed decisions.

Our approach is centred on understanding each person’s strengths, challenges, and goals. Through evidence-based assessments, we provide practical recommendations that aim to improve independence, participation, wellbeing, and quality of life across home, school, work, and community settings.

Your Partner In Purpose

Western Sydney OT works with individuals with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, psychosocial disability, neurological conditions, and physical disabilities. Services are available for private clients and NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants (NDIS registration currently in progress).

What Is An Occupation?

Occupation refers to meaningful and purposeful activities that people engage in daily life to occupy their time and give their life meaning and purpose.

It refers to activities, tasks, hobbies, or things that people want to, need to, and are expected to do and that meet their basic human needs and give them purpose to their day.

It is a tool used to promote health, well-being, and participation in daily activities and to improve their ability to engage in meaningful occupations regardless of their challenges.

Examples of occupations include teachers, occupational therapists, physiotherapist, mother, doctor, friend, lawyer, and police officer.

Our Approach

We believe occupational therapy should be purposeful, collaborative, and empowering. Each assessment is tailored to the individual and designed to produce clear, functional, and goal-aligned reports that support funding requests, planning, and meaningful outcomes.

Our Mission

To support and facilitate growth by delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments that empower individuals to maximise independence, health, wellbeing, and participation in everyday life.

Our Value

At Western Sydney OT, our values are centred on respectful, person-centred practice. We deliver clear, high-quality assessments with integrity and collaboration, empowering people with disability to build independence, wellbeing, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
