Assessments & Report Writing

Supporting private clients and NDIS participants (self-managed & plan-managed) with high-quality assessments, clear recommendations, and practical strategies to support independence.

Fostering Growth, Empowering Independence

Western Sydney OT is an allied health service specialising in occupational therapy assessments and professional report writing. Our focus is delivering clear, evidence-informed reports that support participants, families, and support coordinators to make confident decisions and access the right supports.

We work with children, teens, and adults with a broad range of needs, including (but not limited to) autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, neurological conditions, and physical disabilities.

Note: Services are available for private clients and NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants (NDIS registration in progress).

What Is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy helps people participate in everyday activities (“occupations”) that are meaningful and necessary—at home, school, work, and in the community. OT aims to build skills, recommend supports, and remove barriers so people can live with greater confidence, safety, and independence.
